自転車の消耗部品といえば、スグに思い浮かぶのがタイヤですね。
でもチェーンもタイヤの次に交換が必要な消耗品だってこと知ってますか？
タイヤと同じく、体重や走り方、そして走行距離にもよるけど、
毎週末に練習する人だったら最低でも一年に一回は交換が必要です。
毎日ガンガン乗っている人はもっと早く交換が必要ですね。
チェーンの交換をまったくしてなくてずっと乗りっぱなしの人は、
だまされたと思って一度交換してみて下さい。
走りも軽くなり、チェンジなんてバシバシ決まるようになりますよ！

あ、一年に一回の交換と考えると、そんなに高い物じゃないですよ～。
